At SuperDuper BD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience.
Eligibility for Return/Replacement:
- Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery
- Any issue (damaged, defective, or wrong product) must be reported immediately while the delivery person is present
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Valid reasons include:
- Damaged product
- Defective item
- Wrong product delivered
Non-Returnable Conditions:
- No complaints will be accepted after the delivery person leaves
- Change of mind after delivery
- Used or damaged products by the customer
- Minor color or design variation due to lighting or screen differences
Process:
To request a return or replacement, please contact our support team immediately at the time of delivery.
Provide:
- Order details
- Clear photos or video of the issue
Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.
